The Mengedoth Law Firm represents consumers in lawsuits against corporations. Mr. Mengedoth represents borrowers and guarantors in lender-liability actions, individuals in cases against credit reporting agencies and the furnishers of inaccurate information to credit reporting agencies, home buyers against real estate agents, title agents and insurance companies, new and used car buyers against automobile dealerships, individuals against debt collectors in cases of abusive debt collection practices, and consumers against other businesses for fraud and unfair and deceptive business practices.

Mr. Mengedoth is an aggressive consumer advocate and class action litigator. The Mengedoth Law Firm has maintained suits in state and federal court in Arizona, Missouri and Kansas. Representative cases include lawsuits filed against predatory mortgage lenders for violations of the Truth in Lending Act, Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, lawsuits against title insurance companies and escrow agents for violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, lawsuits against real estate brokers, agents and appraisers for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive business practices, lawsuits against credit reporting agencies and furnishers for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, lawsuits against abusive debt collection agents and their attorneys for violations of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and lawsuits against automobile dealerships for fraud and unfair and deceptive business practices.

Mr. Mengedoth maintains an active license to appear in state and federal court in Arizona, Missouri and Kansas. He is licensed as an attorney by the Arizona State Bar Association (1997), Missouri State Bar Association (2003), Kansas State Bar Association (2003), and Nebraska State Bar Association (2004, inactive). He is a graduate of Boston College (1992) and Creighton School of Law (1997). Mr. Mengedoth served as a member of the Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review, where he also authored National Banks, the "Business of Insurance," and an Interpretative Analysis of the McCarran-Ferguson Act Following Barnett Bank v. Nelson , 30 Creighton L. Rev. 457 (1997).
